To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 14 days of purchase
  • You must not have completed more than 30% of the course content
  • You must not have downloaded any course materials for offline use
  • You must not have received a certificate of completion

Refund Processing

Non-Refundable Items

Course Cancellations

If we cancel a course before it begins, you will receive a full refund automatically. If a course is discontinued after you have started, you will retain access to all materials you have already accessed, and a prorated refund may be offered.
